POV on Data privacy

The people who should own the rights to your data are your parents and the company that gave you the phone.

Mine stayed the same, nothing changed

One thing that goes aganist is that the gov sells your information and that they know every move you do. 

One question is that why do they have they have the rights to see all of your information?
